Kedleston Interiors are proud to have been involved in this wonderful bathroom renovation project in Duffield, Derbyshire. This monochrome modern family bathroom is designed with sleek and contemporary elements, focusing on simplicity and functionality while maintaining a sense of elegance. The overall color scheme includes black, white, and shades of grey, with hints of gold, creating a visually cohesive and harmonious space.
Metallic finishes are popular choices for taps, showerheads, and handles, providing a touch of modernity. Opting for a reflective surface complements the monochrome theme. For this project we went with Lacquered Zanzibar Bagnodesign brassware for both the basin and the bathtub in varying designs, which is perfect for a modern family bathroom. The client added further decorative features such as soap dispenser and candles which fit in with the theme seamlessly.
The walls are a mixture of white and black marbled tiles to give depth and visual interest to the room whilst keeping it bright and airy. Feature LED lighting adds to this modern, luxury effect and creates a very calming room.
A large Bespoke Leicht vanity unit with a bespoke Corian basin gives a hotel feel to this modern family bathroom, making every day feel like a holiday. Under sink storage provides plenty of space to hide away any products, bathroom clutter and cleaning equipment. The huge Bagodesign stone bath continues to elevate the appearance and luxury feel to the space.
We also added a large white radiator which provides plenty of space for hanging and drying out towels. The sleek design of this radiator complements the modern theme of this bathroom.
