Nestled in the Derbyshire Dales sits this impressive home where we have recently designed and supplied a new in frame shaker style kitchen. Our clients were looking for the perfect kitchen to sympathetically fit into their traditional Derbyshire stone cottage. This new space is kitted out with top of the range appliances, plenty of clever storage solutions and seating for all the family to gather around the island.

Traditional Shaker Style Cabinetry

The shaker style cabinets are painted in Farrow & Ball ‘Off Black’, which contrasts perfectly with the Calacatta Nuvo polished worktop. Opting for bespoke cabinetry allowed us to include many clever storage solutions, including a corner pantry and bi-fold cupboard. These clever solutions help to keep clutter at bay, making them perfect for family homes. In frame cabinetry features doors that are inset within a sturdy frame, which felt like the ideal fit for this established, characterful home.

Top Of The Range Appliances

When designing this space, we explored many options before deciding on the right appliances for the client. To make life easier, a Quooker tap supplies boiling water in an instant. Not one, but two built in NEFF dishwashers add further convenience for this young family. For added luxury, we integrated a NEFF wine chiller which makes this kitchen not only great for family, but great for entertaining too.

The farmhouse kitchen, with its in-frame Shaker style cabinets, seamlessly integrated into the rustic surroundings, while offering a contemporary twist on timeless design. It was a testament to our commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and passion for creating spaces that not only look beautiful but also stand the test of time.
